Birth Classes

Regardless of the type of birth you are hoping for, being prepared is the best thing you can do for yourself, your partner, and your baby. Knowing what to expect can make a huge difference in your birth experience and can reduce uncertainty and anxiety surrounding birth. Understanding your options means you can make informed decisions that align with your goals and values. Taking a birth class gives you knowledge about the birth process, practical tools to assist you during labor, and helps you and your partner prepare for your upcoming birth together.

Online Birth Class

If you aren’t able to join us in person, there is an online version available! The online birth class allows you to learn at your own pace and from the comfort of your own home. This can be especially helpful if you have a busy schedule or if attending the in-person class isn’t possible, for whatever reason. The online version is a great option for military families that have a loved one deployed and for families who may have waited a bit too long to find a birth class.

The online class provides the same information and materials and it’s available to you now.
